Yarn
Raw cotton is the key factor in determining the quality of finished yarn which is why we take special care in selection of cotton and fiber, achieving unsurpassed results and meeting the expectations of our customer's processes and end users. Located in Pakistan, an agriculturally rich country enables us to procure the highest grade cotton from the best cotton crop areas. American Pima, Australian and other imported cotton is sourced internationally. In addition, yarn quality is continuously checked in an up-to-date equipped laboratory. Our product range comprises of a variety of ring spun, compact spun, open end and dyed yarn in various counts in Cotton, Poly-Cotton & CVC.
Woven Fabric
Our fabric division is focused on producing high quality woven fabric. All of our cloth is woven in Pakistan utilizing the finest yarns available. Our woven textile product line consists of basic cotton and polyester/cotton (PC) such as: Twill, Strip Stain, Rib Stop, Bedford Cord, Sheeting, Canvas, etc. Our weaving division has Airjet looms with the capability to weave across a range of fibers and counts. We have dobby looms also in wider width. Our unit also houses Sulzer projective wider-width looms to meet our buyer's requirement.
Home Linen
Our Home Linen division is focused on producing high quality home linen products like bed sheets, bed sets, bed in a bag, comforters, duvet covers, pillows, etc. in 100% Cotton and Poly-Cotton (PC) range in white, dyed and printed forms. We produce on Sateens, Percales, Twill, Duck, etc.
Denim & Apparel
Producing a quality piece of clothing is just a part of what we do. In addition to actual production, we are involved in the entire process of garment manufacturing from producing fabric, sourcing accessories and materials, and fabric wash and dye processing. We specialize in designing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, packing to shipping; every step is taken care of by our professional staff which ensures high quality product for the buyer. We specialize in knitted and denim products for adults and children ranging from light weight cotton to heavy denim wear. This includes special embellishments such as embroidery, beading, and fabric treatment.
